The link of Variable Set in Catalog Item is dead and not clickable after updating to Washington, DC

After updating to WashingtonDC, the hyperlinks of Variable Sets in some Catalog Items are dead and not clickable (it is just black text whereas it was usually blue and clickable).
The creator of the VariableSet seems to continue to be able to click on them, but those who could open them before the upgrade cannot now.

 

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Also, I would like to know if there is a solution.

@ZackZ  For your post, its understood that you are facing this issue in accessing the Catalog Variable Sets hyperlinks after Washington DC version upgrade and was fine before the upgrade. 

 

Not sure if the below information would be helpful but came across this post, 

 

Usually, under the Variable Set related list on any catalog item form, the names of catalog items are shown as a hyperlink. Clicking on the name of the variable set will open the respective record. However, sometimes these names are not shown as a hyperlink when the language of the instance is changed.

Note: Also validate that the instance was not in "Impersonation" mode. 

 

If above shared link isn't the issue, please raise a Support case with ServiceNow to investigate on it.
