The model and display name fields on the asset form are displaying "Unknown"

Quick question.

Does anyone know why the model and display name fields on the asset form display as "unknown" when importing configuration items using the discovery tool.  Also, the model category field shows "empty".

I have been reading various documents, but still cannot come up with a definite answer.

Any feedback is appreciated.
