The order guide resulted in no items being selected for order.

Hi ,

I have a checkbox on my order guide , when the checkbox is selected , it should go to a rule base ( a new form ) how do I do that , I just selected the check box and chose options( submitted) , I got this error:   The order guide resulted in no items being selected for order.

Any thoughts pls?

You've went to the base configuration page of the Order Guide, clicked the Rulebase tab or accessed the Rulebase section, then created a new Rulebase that has a criteria of <your checkbox> is true, and then have the correct catalog item listed on the include this item field? You also need to enter a position for it to display the added item. So your process should be, access the order guide, check the box, select choose options, and then a position order of an integer (Lowest number appears first in the tabbed list of items added)
