Export PDF Form View. How to hide query details and pass header/footer

When I hit on "Export PDF" in form view, The pdf contains query information at the top. How do I disable that ? I know about "Export report details" and "Header Footer Template" fields which are available in PDF Export settings for reports. However, these options seem to be unavailable for Form View. Could someone let me know do it for "Form View".

The system property glide.pdf_export_from_form_list.show_report_attrs may be what you're looking for.

Thanks Matt. This solved the problem. The only caveat is that it seems to affect all the pdf exports, and not specifically for the table I want this to apply for. Could you let me know if there is a way to restrict this to a particular table ? Thanks!

One last question I have is to modify the header and footer of the PDF export, for form view.
