This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record

Hello,

Can anyone please help?

I create Custom Table (extend from TASK table). I create 'workspace' view and also add to workspace view rule properly.

If I opened the record, I can edit record in the form and save without any issue.

But when I tried to edit in the List page, it shows this error "This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record"

Remark: This is Custom Workspace.

Hi @Bird1 ,

To resolve this, ensure that you've properly set up a Workspace View Rule for your custom table. Navigate to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules and create a new rule that associates your custom table with the appropriate workspace view. In the rule, specify the correct table and view, ensuring that the view is designed for workspace usage. This will allow the system to recognize and apply the workspace view when accessing records from the list page within your custom workspace.....Additionally, verify that the workspace view is correctly set up and includes the necessary components for editing. If the issue persists, consider checking for any application scope conflicts or permissions that might be affecting the workspace behavior....

I tried but it doesn't work.

Actually I do have 2 custom workspace. One, I created the Workspace View Rule (to resolve the duplicate Journal field vs Compose section issue) and it's working as expected. Another Workspace, I did not create any Workspace View Rule, it simply follow the Default view.

Both of them not work.
