Thanks @Jim Coyne But i was looking for a more user-friendly solution can we have like a field that say every : and then we choose the number of mounth we want

Unfortunately not. At least not easily. Probably a way to do it, but way to complicated. Have not even thought of going that route.
As you can see from the trail in my Custom Discovery Schedule with a Condition Script post from over 9 years ago, things have not gotten much better in terms of more "easy" options. Maybe because the "Condition" field gives us a lot of flexibility. So much for "low-code" 😃

Okay @Jim Coyne Thanks a lot! so if i have a requirement that i can't do with The "Run" choices the best solution would be to use the "Condition" field am i right?

That is correct.
But make sure the "Run" and "Day" fields are set appropriately as well for the condition to work properly. For example, in your case you need it to run on the first day of each month so you can check to see which month you are now in. No need to run it every day.
