Time sheet portal: How to add a checkbox on time sheet portal widget

Hi,

I need to add a label 'Operational' on time sheet portal and a check box below that for each row. Able to add the label, but not the check box. I'm not much familiar with widget coding, could someone be able to assist with HTML code?

Hi @sath, Can you please explain what that checkbox should do? are you trying to implement something like multi check?

If the checkbox (Operational) is checked, then it says that the hours for that particular task is for operational work. I'm trying to add a checkbox for each row like below:
