Timeline or gantt chart with change request which shows actual and planned time.

Hi,

i know in the project management from service now there is a timeline with planned start->end spans and in this another span which shows the actual start->end span.

Is this also possible with Change Request? The record itself has all four date values saved.

Hi David,

Check out Timeline pages. I've used them in the past to show reservations. Pretty straight forward to set up. Once configured, plug it in to a module on the nav menu and away you go!

I used the Timeline page, but it only shows the planned start until end time or actual time, there is only the possibility to set on pair of data.

My wish would be the comparison between actual and planned:

Maybe the Timeline Sub Items, but it is seemingly not possible to have the same table as a sub item.

I guess I'm not understanding the problem... You can tell the timeline page which fields to use for start/end here:

I am the same request as David. We would like to show both Planned Start Date/Planned End Date AND Actual Start Date/Actual End Date of every project on the same timeline page. How can we do that?
