When the Assigned field got updated then how to get the ticket created time on incident form.

Hi there,
Do you mean like you want to have the Opened field on the form? And perhaps only conditionally? Or is your question different? And what does this have to do with "Timer", which is the title of your post. Please explain your question more clearly.

Though your query is not clear, I give it a shot. To check when an incident is being created, you can refer to the Created field on the incident form. That will give you the datetime stamp at which an incident record was submitted and created.
