To add Personalize List (Gear Icon) for Category and Subcategory

Hello All,

While creation of change request or Incident, when we click on category field the popup window appear which display the Category List.

But I wanted to put the "Personalize List (Gear Icon)" at the top left of choice list headers, so that we can personalize list for better selection and better Assignment.

Also, I have attached file and highlighted box where it (Gear Icon) should get display.

just right click over header bar and you get an option personalize list layout so change your list mode options their

Thanks for your reply.

As a Admin account I can able to get an option to Personalize List layout, but as a functional admin account I am not able to get that option.

Also, I created an ACL for this and now as a functional admin account I can see the option as "Personalize List Layout" and also able to add the list using slush bucket but once click to save, its doesn't display the changes in selected list.

Could you please tell me where I am going wrong?
