To add survey tab on RITM and incident form / related list

I want to add survey tab on Ritm  related list

When I open a ritm form and click on configure / related list , I can't see  "survey" in the list displayed (available)

Can someone help me to do that.

If the relationship is not available to chose, you need to configure the relationship within:

It works. Thanks.

Now I want to apply a filter  in relationship form,  to display in the RITM ralated list (in survey tab),  only the survey associated to the current RITM.
