To display Notes on Service Portal

Dear Team,

 

I am stuck with the requirement and need help to get this acheived. Please find the below screenshot to understand the requirement where I would like to display Resolution/Close notes for task types on the Ticket form of the Service Portal per the defined condition mentioned in the below screenshot.

 

I referred some solved community posts to get this done but not getting the exact one as this.

Requesting help to get this resolved and I am new to Portal stuff.

are you referring to the work notes tab/field so that user can enter value in it?

As per screenshot you shared you might have to do some heavy customizations to OOB widget and render as per your requirement

No @Ankur Bawiskar Sir, this is only to display close notes or resolution codes for the respective records, not to insert value in it.

If it can done through new widget then would be great sir.

you want to only display the fields or want user to edit those while closing/resolving the ticket?

@Ankur Bawiskar sir, only want to display these notes per attached screenshot.

 

Like header should display '<Record No.> - <State>'

 

then condition wise display for Close Notes OR Resolution Notes
