Hi All,
I created one survey in which manager will get an email if user submits the low feedback survey, but whenever manager is getting an email and he is trying to view the survey using view survey button from email notification at that time he is not able to view it and getting error message "You are not granted access to review this response" ,and manager has all the required roles access.
Please can anyone help me one this to get the proper solution.

Hi @Subhashis Ratna Thanks for the reply but the manager has admin Access,
The manager is getting the error (You are not granted access to review this response) even though he has admin access. Could you please help me on this.

Please add survey_admin/survey_reader role to your manager and try.

survey_admin/survey_reader given this role but same error still there
