To send notification in regular interval of time

Hi All,
I have a requirement where i want to generate an email notification for regular interval of time for every 5 years until the ticket is closed. However the Date will remain same but the email must be getting triggered for every 5 years based on Date present in the field (Date can vary according to ticket creation).
Can someone please guide me how can i solve this.
Field type - Date
Field Name - Service Plan (u_service_plan)

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , have used the script which was shared by you.
Have set the Pressure test date field date as 13-jan-2020, but email is not getting triggered for 13-jan-2025 and also for repetitive interval of 5 years until ticked is inactive.
Below have shared the image of the script, please guide me with this

what debugging did you do?
print the values in log and verify
