tooltip for form section

Hello team, Can anyone explain how we can use tool tip for Form sections??

Its possible through DOM Manipulation.

Creating a UI Macro and add it to the form using UI Formatter.

In the UI Macro, get the form section using DOM Manipulation and add tooltip to it.

NOTE:

This is only possible through the above approach. And its not recommended by ServiceNow.

Hence we should avoid adding tooltip to the form sections and use annotations to some how to achieve the purpose
