Tracking of catalog requests submitted through Virtual Agent

Hi All , the RITMs which are created based on Virtual Agent suggestions should be accurately logged in the conversation log.

Is it possible?

@Community Alums  ,User types something in VA chat (like order laptop) , a catalog request link is presented by VA.User clicks it and submits the request. I wanted to know here where whether this requested item's number , description will be visible in the conversation log or not.If no , how can we achieve this.
