Does anyone know how I transfer my work to my new email address?

Are you talking about your PDI ?

Then  KB0012564 :Updating (changing) and merging my email IDs FAQ &  KB0011832 : Changing (updating) my email (account)  is available for your guide, Also you can log a case to Servicenow University and take their support as well.
