Transfer order line quantity resettting to 1

Hello,

To create transfer order we have used record producer, once record producer is created through a business rule we are creating the transfer order lines,

Transfer order lines are creating properly for serialized assets, but for non-serialized assets (consumables,quantitaives), 

some records are getting saved with whatever the quantity has been requested from record producer.. But in some cases quantity is re-setting to 1.

I would like to know in what cases quantity will be reset to 1, and from where it will do..

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Can you please share more details to debug it further like Record Producer Configuration, Script etc.
