Transform Map execution

Question 1:
If data comes from an API and is inserted/updated in a staging (Import Set) table, when will the Transform Map execute? If multiple Transform Maps are associated with the same staging table, will all of them execute?

Question 2:
When using Easy Import, a separate staging table and Transform Map seem to be created for each import/user. Is there a way to use a common staging table and Transform Map, and how can we add import validation?

Answer 1:
As soon as the data records are inserted into the associated Staging Table or Import Set Table.

Answer 2:
You can create the required fields in the Staging Table and map those fields to the corresponding fields in the Target Table. Make sure all the required fields are available in the Staging Table. Then, select the same Staging Table as the Source Table in the Transform Map.
