Trigger a notification on the change request

Hello All,

I'm looking for a solution to trigger a notification on the change request when the planned end date is about to breached 90% of the current date. How I can compare the planned end date with the current date in the change request,if the planned end date is about to reached 90% of the current date then the email should be triggered.Could someone please assist me in achieving this.

We cant do %age on date, better do on plan end date like 1/2 days before.

I have tried using flow designer , but i haven't received any email.

In PDI no email will go or come in SN so if you are abel to see the email in email logs , it means it is working fine.
