Trouble with AWA Queue Triggers in Microsoft Teams Chat

I'm experiencing an issue with AWA queue triggers in Microsoft Teams that I could use some help with.

Problem: I created AWA queue triggers in ServiceNow, everything works fine when testing the Topic from SNOW instance (VA Designer/SP). After the max wait time is reached the chat propmts with the correct Topic block.

 

However, when the max wait time is reached, in Microsoft Teams the chat abruptly ends without triggering the expected topic.
