looks like paid one so we can't explore.
seems the action is not getting the proper inputs and hence failing.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar
I am working on a catalog task and need a solution for the following scenario. The approvers are required to approve the catalog task, but they do not have read access to the task. We are creating approval records for the respective approvers and sending them an email notification to take action. However, since they cannot access the task, they are unable to understand why the approval was requested. Currently, they would have to communicate via email to get the required details. Is there a way to include the relevant ticket details directly in the email notification using Flow Designer, so the approvers have the necessary information without needing additional communication?

Yes, we need to include catalog variables such as Short Description, Description, Application, and other relevant details in the email.
I tried exporting the data from the sc_item_option_mtom table and attaching the generated Excel file to the email notification. I attempted to use the Utility actions in Flow Designer for this, but they are not accepting the required input fields.
Could you suggest a feasible approach to export the data from the sc_item_option_mtom table to an Excel file using Flow Designer and attach it to the email notification?

you can include the data of variables directly in email by using GlideRecord
