Trying to remove the "Knowledge" check box from incidents

The knowledge check box in the resolution tab needs to be removed from our incidents template, but I am unable to figure out where I can do so.  I have already checked the Records Producer table, and I missing something?

Sorry.... I must be missing something.
Wouldn't this be as easy as form configuration?

Thats what I thought as well, but I am either blind or dumb, and not sure which it is.
