I have a "list type" field on the incident table which allows a user to designate multiple values for the record, "Business Service" in this case.
The problem I have is that there are times someone needs to select 20-30 business services for an incident. The process is awkward since the list widget requires that you select a value, and click to add it to the list. Then search for the next value, add it to the list, an so one. The user would like to select multiple business services in one cycle of the "click/select/add to list" process. Something like the slush bucket for related lists, like roles and groups on a user record. Is there such a field type available on the incident ( or task ) table?
