Typeahead search suggestion dropdown

Hi All,

We have configured a typeahead search on Service Portal, but certain keywords search is not showing up in the suggestion's dropdown list, like for e.g. benefits, upper etc as shown in the screenshot below.

Whereas if we search with other keywords like terms, test it shows the dropdown as shown below

Any suggestions would help.

Make sure those terms are not on the stop words list in your instance.

Thanks for the update. There were no stops words defined for those mentioned words.

Any other suggestions?
