For a service agent, I need to remove all the UI actions except the Create incident task. I was able to remove everything except Create change request. Even though I have made it inactive, it is still visible. My guess is, it the default value. How do I remove this?

Hi Vidhya,
Please go to UX Form actions from filter Navigator and deactivate the create change request button on incident table as shown below:
