UI Builder - Customer Activity

Hi All,

UI Builder - Customer Activity is only used in Customer Central scope or can we use it in other custom workspace 

I have created a custom workspace and I have added Customer Activity but it is not working as expected

It would really help in answering a question if '...is not working as expected' is followed by the actual result and the expected result. Because you suggest it is working, but not entirely as you supposed it would work. It could also be that the entire activity isn't working as you expect. Can you elaborate on your question?

Please find the explanation below, data is not showing like facets and feed

We have used OOB Customer activity in our custom workspace but it is not showing proper data, am I missing any configuration?

When we use this custom activity as per the OOB ServiceNow docs explanation the activity looks like below

But we are not getting proper results, can someone help me with this issue
