UI Builder - viewport or reusable container that we can add to any page

Hi Team,

I was in the impression that UI Builder Viewport component is a reusable component where we can add this to any UI Builder page. But when i try to modify the viewport component it will show "No content available" even though i already added components under it.

Is there steps that i might have missed?
