UI Button on Configuration items (CIs)

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a ui action Button on the configurations items(CIs), when we click on that button, we need a Qr code to be generated for particular CI, and when i scan that QR code from mobile i need the particular CIs details to be populated .

Could you suggest how can we implement this.
