Convert Jelly(ui page) script into angular (portal widget)

I have created a Qr code using UI macro and and ui script then called it in a widget to show it in the portal but our requirement is to download the qr code

So we tried it in the platform view and we created a ui page with a function called send print()

But this ui page is not working in portal

So in widget editor how can we use this jelly function 

Or is there any way to use this ui page in this widget 

Or can anyone help by converting this piece of code to angular -to be used in angular
