UI policy not working on additional details tab

Hi All,

I created one catalog item with few Ui policy. Those are working as expected in the RITM and SCTASK level and service portal also  while try to submit.

But once submit the request, un ADDITIONAL DETAILS tab it's showing all the variables. I tried to change the UI policy , still it's not giving few variables those are not selected while request.

Can any one help here, is there any other way to fix it
