UI Policy

I've been asked to create a UI policy. When category is hardware, impact should be 2- Medium. I've been asked to do this using the UI policy action, but for some reason I can't get impact to be 2-Medium. Some help please

 please share your configuration. furthermore, have you verified if any other UI policy/ client script is conflicting?
