Unable import application from GitHub error message The user only has read access to the repo. Make

I have github account and create personal access token, In personal access token, i am selecting all reop option but after that i am  getting 

The user only has read access to the repo. Make sure the user has both read and write access. 

 

 Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks
