G'day, Community!
If you're an Australia-based practitioner, or just love a good excuse to visit Sydney, mark your calendar because World Forum Sydney is coming up next week, and the Community team is packing our bags too.
When: July 30th, 2026
Where: ICC Sydney
We're setting up shop with a few ways for you to connect, level up, and get hands on while you're there. Here's what to look for.
Come Say Hi at the Community Programs Booth
Ever wondered what it takes to become a ServiceNow MVP or Rising Star? Curious about joining a SNUG chapter near you? Swing by our Community Programs booth and we'll walk you through all three:
- MVP Program: Recognition for the practitioners going above and beyond to help others in the Community.
- Rising Star Program: For the newer voices already making a name for themselves.
- SNUG (ServiceNow User Groups): Local, practitioner-led groups where you can network and learn from peers in your region.
Come ask questions and meet the people behind these programs!
Spend the Day in the Vibe Code Lounge
The Vibe Code Lounge will be running all day, and there's no bad time to stop in. Whether you want to build something new with ServiceNow AI, get unstuck on a project, or just see what others are creating, this is your space to tinker, ask questions, and build alongside the Community.
Bring a laptop, bring an idea, or just bring your curiosity. We’ll provide laptops if you don’t have one.
Get Certified, On the House
This one isn't run by our team, but we didn't want you to miss it: free onsite certifications will be available at World Forum Sydney.
Here's how to lock in your spot:
- Make sure you're registered for World Forum Sydney
- Sign up for your onsite certification here
See You in Sydney
Between the booth, the lounge, and the free certs, there's a lot packed into one event. We'd love to meet you in person, hear what you're building, and celebrate what you've already accomplished.
