Unable to add errors to warnings in atf

Hi team,

i have admin access, all 3 atf roles yet i am unable to add errors to atf warning list and error list i am not able to run the atf.

i am trying to run catalog atf in service portal.

whenever i open the service catalog in service portal in atf i am being thrown this error, but when another user from servicenow team ran the atf it ran successfully after adding the error from his end.

i am unable to add the error in known error list and run the atf.

yes though i have all 3 atf roles and admin roles

Hi @Abdul 

Can you clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login back with your admin profile and then check it .
