unable to create a HR Case

I am unable to create a HR Case after install all the required plugin for HR Case management in my pdi instances.
what will be the cause.
can anyone please suggest.

Hello @shid077 ,
Please check if you have the required roles to create an HR case.
Impersonate HR admin and then try creating the case which will solve your issue.

What error du you receive why trying to create HR Case? Are you logged in as administrator? And if yes, does the administrator role has HR admin role?

Hi,
Yes i am logged in as administrator but after add hr admin role (sn_hr_admin) aslo it is not working.
