unable to create a HR Case

I am unable to create a HR Case after install all the required plugin for HR Case management in my pdi instances.

what will be the cause.

What is the error that you receive why trying to create an new HR case ?

it does not show any error it is not a create a hr case.

On a fresh install using demo data, this should create an HR Case in state "draft" and navigate to the form. Where does your instance navigate to after clicking "Create Case"?
