Go to:
Chose the table where you need to delete records - and go to application access:
Ensure that "Can delete" is checked and accessible from "all application scopes" is selected.
Afterwards, go to system application --> Application Cross-Scope access.
When you search your custom application in source application, then make sure that der is a Delete operation for the targeted table.
