Hi,
I've encountered an issue with editing a custom field on an incident form that references the cmdb_ci table. I've made changes to a system property to allow editing the field in the list, but despite following a KB article, it's still not working as expected.
I provide the KB article you referenced,
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0783594
How can we resolve this issue?

Hi @SK Chand Basha, Check if there are any list_edit ACL applied to the mentioned field.

@SK Chand BashaYou are right. Sorry, I did not notice the error message. Did you try to Logout and login after the change in the system property? OR You can try to clear the 'cache' once.
