Unable to edit the state field in workspace

Hi team,

I am unable to edit the state choice field in Agent workspace instead of making any changes to state field, every time i used to go to ITIL view and change the state field value.(Unable to edit the state as shown below)

I am unable to find any solution to fix it. any help is appreciated.

Hi,

 

Did you check if any ACLs, UI policies or client scripts which are getting applied for this field? The field must be getting disabled somewhere from here.

Thanks for the quick response.

I am able to edit in the form view of workspace in ITIL view but not in workspace view. I have checked all the scripts, but couldn't find any.
