Unable to find the menu item which is in ESC portal

Am unable to locate the below menu items which are present in the employee center portal (esc). I want to update the labels of those menu items. How to achieve it? Can anyone please help me out?

Navigate to All > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.

2. In the Nav bar you will find Portal Tables, In Dropdown select Header|Footer.

3. A list will open search for employee-center-header. and make the neccessary changes in HTML.

I couldn't find the steps that you have mentioned. Also changing the html is the only way?

Yes You need to change the label from HTML code snippet.
