We’re currently setting up an outbound integration with Snowflake using the REST API and key-pair authentication. We need to generate JWT tokens on the ServiceNow side for this integration.

- Authentication Method: Key-pair authentication (using private key, snowflake credentials)
- Task: Generating JWT tokens for authentication via the REST API
Issue:
- We tried to generate token using background script and are encountering challenges with generating the JWT tokens using the private key.
- Any guidance or examples on how to correctly perform this token generation would be greatly appreciated
