Unable to launch App Engine Studio on Washington DC version

Hello,
I am unable to locate/launch App Engine Studio on Washington DC version.
When I check App Manager, it shows me 14 Store applications installed. However, I don't see sn_app_eng_studio or sn_eamc applications in this list. Please refer to the screenshot below 👇
When I check drill down the menu, I only see App Engine Templates option when searched for "App Engine"
I am not sure if I am missing any steps. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated!

Is it on your PDI or customer instance ?

go to application and try to repair or reinstall the plugin that must fix this... or see if you have sufficient role to access the module.
