Hi,
I was trying to import an Excel sheet using Inbound Email action. While loading the excel sheet on the scheduled import step, It throws an error - "Unable to load headers. Please verify that the specified sheet number is valid". But If I copy the contents of the same excel sheet that came from email into into a different new excel file and load it then it loads perfectly and processes the data.
Not sure what is the difference between the excel that comes from email through an external system vs the excel which was saved locally on the system.
Can someone help me understand the difference, also if any scheduled/data source properties needs to be set.
Thanks in Advance.

@Sujitha2 - Copy the same content to a new excel and retry it. It should work.
If my answer helps then please mark it Correct and Helpful.

No @Abhit Its an automated email inbound action that runs every week. We cannot do that manually everytime.

I am running into the same issue. When I load the same file manually and transform it, it works. But when I attach it to an RITM from the Portal, it throws the error. Do you have any suggestion?
