In the screenshot you shared from developer site, click on Actions dropdown -> Change user role and select Admin role.

Hi @TejasSN_LogicX ,
Just change the user role as shown in above screenshot from experts, follow steps and re-login.

Hi @TejasSN_LogicX .
To resolve this issue, navigate to developer.servicenow.com, log in with your Developer Site credentials, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, select Manage instance password from the dropdown menu, retrieve the admin username and the system generated password for your PDI instance, open a new browser tab and go to your PDI's URL (e.g. https://<your_instance_name>.service-now.com), enter the admin username and the password you retrieved, and you should now have full administrative access to your PDI; if you encounter any issues accessing the Manage instance password option or if the instance is not listed under your profile, it's possible that your PDI is still in the process of being provisioned or there might be a temporary issue with the Developer Site, in such cases, consider waiting for provisioning or contacting ServiceNow Developer Support
for assistance......
