We are not able to connect to our instance, which is ServiceNow . I have already raised this query in the link mentioned here:How do I keep my instance awake always? . Please let us know how we can get back our instance. It is failing in the username and password stage and I am not able to login. When tried resetting for a password it fails here.
As checked in other posting here https://community.servicenow.com/thread/260535?q=Unable%20to%20login%20to%20instance I am able to ping that instance as mentioned here

Hi Nandan,
If there is an Inactivity i.e. if you are not using your instance on a daily basis then it goes in sleep Mode which you can restart by going to "https://developer.servicenow.com" but if it has been inactive for more than 10 days the instance gets released and there are no ways I guess to get the same instance back again. You need to request a new One from the Developer Portal.
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

Sholke,
Thank you for the quick response. I would like to know what we mean by inactivity? Please let me know if it is feasible. I have read through the instruction mentioned here and I don't want a replacement of the instance but the same instance itself. I happen to read an article here where in they were able to retrieve it back by providing a new instance which I don't require. This is our instance and we need it back. ServiceNow

Hello Nandan,
In order to maximize the investment in the program, and remain no cost, the program now leverages idle instance capacity. If an assigned instance is idle, the state is saved and hibernated. Navigating to the My Instance page can activate the instance. There are more details about the situation in this Community blog post.
NOTE: Unfortunately once an instance is reclaimed, it is wiped and your work is lost. When you signed up for a free personal developer instance you agreed that you were responsible for backing up your work.
As a side note, I encourage you to post issues and questions related to the personal developer instance in the Instance Help space of the community where people who can help are monitoring.

Pradeep,
Thank you, a lot of information you have provided. I also found some help here : https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/program/faq?q=personal_developer_instance . But I am a poor programmer who does not understand why it is still displaying a login page
I appreciate your help and others help as well. Always you people can answer everything without knowledge and most of the time it is not helpful. However, ServiceNow support people need more training I believe. I am ready to learn is there is someone to teach for free of cost.
I am asking my question again that there is an instance which is available and we are not able to login. I checked the same by logging on to the developer instance and there I don't find the instance. Please request you to explain the concept and provide documentation related to this subject I am ready to read and learn.
