Unable to login to personal dev instance

Unable to login to instance https://dev250511.service-now.com/login.do I just created this profile few mins ago/ Reset password sends the code to the wrong phone number which I can't authenticate. I didn't include my phone when I creating this profile.

Have you already tried the below steps?

1. Navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home

2. Sign in to your account

3. Once signed-in, click on your profile icon on top right.

4. Select Manage Instance Password
