Hello all,
I am unable to map CI from portal to Incident ?
what am i doing wrong any please help me on this

There is no need to use a script here. Just change the variable's name field to cmdb_ci and it should do the job.

@Aryan - do you have some script in the RP script or in a BR that is overriding the field?
I have tested in the PDI and it is working fine. When you say it's not working, is the field empty or mapped to some other CI record?
