Unable to remove role from user when the role is removed on the Group

I' trying to remove the role from users that are members in a group. Starting from Group page I click on Edit button on the related list Roles an remove the role from Selected. Then on the User Role table the users still having the role removed.

Hi Claudio6,

Do you have the "Contextual Security: Role Management" and "Contextual Security: Role Management V2" plugins activated in you instance?  If so, go to a list view of sys_user_has_role table, filter for the desired user and role, and view the "Inheritance Map" there. You may need to add that column to the list view.

Servicenow Support has a "Inheritance checker" tool that can be run in you instance, if you create a Support Case.
