Unable to retrieve the next page by Passing continuation token in azure devops api

Hi all,

 

I am working on fetching the inactive users based on lastaccessed date from memberentitlement API of azure devops and servicenow rest message. during initial call, i get continuationToken in the result. As per doc, i need to pass it in the url, to get the next page, but i continuosly get 500 status code for that. I have attached the image of initial api call result for reference. please help me on how to resolve this and get to next page of the result. 

 

API i am using:  https://vsaex.dev.azure.com/{organization}/_apis/memberentitlements?api-version=7.1-preview.2
